How we handle information on sessionroom.co. Last updated October 2026.

First-party analytics only

We use our own first-party analytics to understand how people find and use the site — for example, which promotional poster or QR code brought someone in, and whether our pages are working well. This data is collected and stored on our own server. We do not use third-party ad trackers, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, session or keystroke recording, or browser location prompts.

What we collect

• Which poster/QR code or link a visit came from, and anonymous on-site activity such as page views, scroll depth, time on the page, and clicks on buttons like "Reserve".
• Basic technical details from your browser: device type, operating system, browser, and preferred language.
• A coarse city/region derived from your IP address at the moment of the visit. The IP address itself is not stored — only the city/region.
• A first-party cookie holding a random, anonymous visitor ID so repeat visits and a resulting reservation can be credited to the right poster.

Analytics records are anonymous. We do not attach names, email addresses, or phone numbers to them. A reservation may be linked to a poster ID for conversion measurement, but the analytics data stays anonymous.

Reservations & email

When you reserve a seat or contact us, the details you provide (such as your name and email) are used only to process that request and communicate with you — never sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies

We set a small number of first-party cookies for analytics attribution and basic site function. They are not used for advertising and are not shared with third parties.
